ORDER PROCESSING
We aim to dispatch your order within a standard processing timeframe from the moment the order is placed. Please note, once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes or modifications to your order.

All orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse.

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs. Our standard delivery option is available at a flat rate, with complimentary shipping offered on qualifying orders. An express delivery option is also available for an additional flat charge.

Please note order delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are subject to possible delays caused by payment authorisation or delays in shipment by the courier company.

DUTIES, TAXES & TARIFFS
International orders may be subject to import duties, levies, taxes, tariffs, or other charges upon arrival in the customer’s country. These charges are imposed by the local government and must be paid by the customer; they are not the responsibility of swimwearlabel.com.

Please note that these fees are determined by the customs authorities in the importing country and are entirely separate from swimwearlabel.com. We have no control over the amount charged, as this is at the discretion of the respective customs departments.

If a customer refuses to pay any applicable customs or import duties and the order is consequently undelivered, the customer will remain liable for the cost of the items being destroyed or returned to swimwearlabel.com, as well as any shipping fees originally covered by swimwearlabel.com at the time of dispatch.

International orders may be subject to a longer than expected delivery time. swimwearlabel.com has no authority over delivery port customs processing times and, as such, can only estimate the time taken for international orders to be delivered.
